The problem is I have a drop of 40£ in bank statement for 10 days, while i was not in the UK. I had to leave in emergency I withdrawn my previous Application to get the passport. Now when i came back i sent application again with the 4 months 800£ bank statement but obviosuly a drop of 40£ for 10...

I have defined "a good solicitor" very clearly already i reckon.
hmm the range is like 500£ , will that fellow be ok or dangerous?

Is there any danger associated with the appeal like, if appeal didnt help, will I be allowed again to come back to UK? I m asking because my degree convocation is in July 2009, I dont wanna miss that.
