Hi All, I am going to apply ILR on the basis of long residence in March 2014. My Query: I have been issued a FPN (3 points and £100 fine) for over speeding in september 2013. Q 1: Can a FLR(M) application submitted within 28 days of Appeal refusal of another case?


Q 2: Can i submit further evidence (payslips) for her FLR (M) application once i get my ILR?

Hi, When counting any time away from UK do i have to mention the entry date stamp of my destination country or the day i left UK. for example; I left UK 5th March and arrived in Pakistan 6th March. Hi,

I am still waiting for my SAR. Its been 3 months now. I have emailed them 3 weeks ago and got a reply that they are still working on it. Today i have sent another email.

Is there anything else i can do to hurry them up as the statutory 40 days time has passed.

Waiting for Sar request acknowledgemnet letter

Hi all,

I have sent a SAR request on 5th septmeber as a recorded delivery which was received by home office on 7th september.

I have not received any acknowledgement till date. I paid by postal order so i cant confirm whether they have cashed the postal order yet or not.

no i did'nt get a call. i said to my wife go to gerry's office and say to them that you got the call for collection and thts what she did and they gave her the documents.
