Thank you for the reply. Our divorce is not yet final,the divorce still in court. And On the residence card,there is no inform on ROR and they did not state this in the letter sent. Hi Guys. I have reatained my rights following the divorce with EEA national. I applied in mid April 2011 and got new stamp after about 3 months. and a letter stating that.
