Dear Sir, That's the reply I got from home office Regardless of the fact that the degree was awarded 35 points by the points calculator, unless it has been awarded an additional 10 points for English language, , the print out would not be acceptable as evidence that the degree was taught in English...

ILR Qualifying period

Hello everyone.
I am an in country tier-1 visa holder. My 5 years on Tier-1 will be on 20th March 2014, but I have visa till May 2014.
My question is:
Will I be able to apply for ILR in March or lets say 28 days prior to my 5 year period Or I will have to wait till my visa expires.

Yes I received sealed payslips generated by payroll system. I have to tear both ends to open it and it has all the details i.e. NI number, bank details, tax deduction, gross salary, net salary.
