Will HO contact the employer of every applicant?

Hi,

I am wondering if HO will contact the employer of every applicant.

I submitted 12 months pay slip and 12 months bank statement. I think everything is nice and clear.

My HR contact is on holiday these weeks.... HO will not be able to reach him.

I guess they have a plan of accelerating application processing. They thought that they could do it last week. It may have been delayed by some reasons.

I hope the cut-off date of next week will be sometime around 20th February.

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to apply for urgent treatment? I have got a new position where the employer wants me to start ASAP. I might loss this job if it takes more than 2 weeks to process my application.

I didn't see any instructions on UKBA website that shows how to do it. Can anyone let me know?

Application form is not clipped. Is it OK?

I was trying to avoid using big metal stuff in the application pack. What I have submitted is: 1. Cover letter (2 pages stapled) 2. Application form (not ...

Caught by a speed camera before making Tier 1 application

Hi all, I was caught by a speed camera last week but I haven't received any notice yet. In the meantime, I am about to submit my tier 1 application. I have read a lot of posts in this forum discussing whether over speed is a traffic offence or not. But in my case, I am wondering if I send the applic...
