A completion of course does not mean that you will be awarded a degree. You get your degree once it is approved by the board. If the uni letter mentions any thing about awarded or confered than its fine otherwise dont apply.

m in the same situation. there is nothing u can do get a letter from ur imediate manager explaning travel is part of ur job and you are supoose to attend a business meeting in april and send it with ur application.

There is a Difference between switching and extending. Use common sense guys, I think most of people over here they dont even read guidence notes

I have read all the posts under this thread and I am not sure why all of you are panicing. I am sure that these changes will affect only fresh applicants. A lot of people here dont know the difference between switching, extension and fresh applications. Download a visa form for in country applicants...

TB test/Chest Xray, address where you will stay because you have to fill in a landing card. I will suggest you to keep all documents you provided for your tier 1 application with you. Most important keep all these documents in your hand carry

Write a covering letter at the time of your extension explaining the reasons why you changed your course/college and it will help. If you dont send a letter they might ask you to explain the reasons but its not a big issue.

My extension is due in april 08, Can any one pls advise what documents are required to claim earnings points? can i submit my pay slips and P-60 instead of submiting my Bank statement and Pay slips?
