No, I am afraid not. You have to complete the 5 year period in any or combination of eligible category, such as HSMP, Tier 1 (highly skilled), or Tier 2.

I am afraid at Nationality Checking Service they insist to have marriage certificate as well. Could you please refer a link or document which state that it is not required if the child born after 2006.
