hi i'm not from manchester but ask properly and try to find a solicitor who made eu applications before,in my case i lost one year because of a solicitors fult, she adviced me to wait until my wife works for one year then apply for eea2 but actualy i could apply for family resident stamp which i dis...

hi that is right unmarried partener of an eea can't work while his/her application under construction,if he's here on a student visa and you have enough evidence of being togeter for around two years probebly his application will get sorted in very short time. you need to apply for eea1 and him eea2...

i think his asylum application will make it more complicated to switch to married application. probably they will ask hime to apply from outside the uk.

hi everyone
my quastion is, if an eea residenc card holder (europian marrid to non europian) gave a birth to a child in the uk ,what nationality will the child be able to get britsh nationality? :roll:

hi i made my application as a married eu partener on the end of june 2008 7 weeks later attend an interview with ho recieved coa after interview (1week) they asked for more documents november i called them they said " your application has been processed" but december recieved another lette...

if you're irish then the best is to apply from her home country
if you're europian working or studing there for less than one year apply for FMRS application if working more than one year eea1 application for you and eea2 for her, i'm living in England but i thing the law is quite similar.

i called HO today they said the appliction still on going (i'm just fed up guys) :!:
