Got mine.
After an initial refusal of EC after HSMP approval letter (during the transitional arrangement) for not maintaining the funds for 3 days :-(,
I re-applied for Tier-1 and got it today. :-)

When does the actual status change? After the docs are sent to the courier or after the decision is made.

Went to VFS bangalore. It was heavy crowded. Couldn't submit the application. Will try the first thing tomorrow.

Can you please let me know if these docs are ok?
Got answers about the dependents from VFS.
Seems we need to show them sufficient balance even if we are planning to get the dependents within 12 months- though we are not applying for the dependents.
