[I started to call them at 10.20am and after 15 mins try I was in the queue, then I was in the queue for 35 min, I thought I am in the wrong queue and it is just the Recorded Message, so I disconnect the call and try again and after 15 min try I was again in the queue then finally after 20 mins wait...

Folks, I was told on 19/05 that my file was being prepared to be sent to the minister. Then on the 16/06 INIS informed me that file was sent to the Minister the previous week. 07/07 - waiting for minister's approval. Got my approval letter 28/05/09 (regular post!).
Letter dated by 26/05/09.

Applied 10/04/2006.
Additional docs requested and sent back late September 2008.
Sent to minister (from INIS "Help" line words) 01/04/2009.

Any news about Court appointments in Dublin?

The reason why I'm asking is that I've checked the postings here and as far as I can see the decision time is between 4 to 5 weeks max since the application is fully submitted to the minister. So I'm guessing if it's posted for approval at the end of march or early april, it's more than likely to h...

Called INIS today. Application sent to minister 01/04/09. Applyed 10/04/09 based on 5 years WV. Add docs requested Sep 08. Wow! Things have improved! How many previous addresses you had at the time you applied I am in exact same time line and same situation, it doesnt matter how many addresses have previously changed, its pure LUCK!! i have not changed address, and i know some people are still waiting since late 05 and earl...

Got a nice lady. She said they are waiting on Garda report and it may take 2 to 3 months. I will check on this again probably in month or so. Nanette Never ever trust to such declarations! They are used to say 2 to 6 months. My application is with garda for 6 months and a can't see it will be clear...
