I'd say time spent on intra-company transfer would not count for WCATT stamp. It does not count for long term residency, so probably wouldn't count towards WCATT The time on intra-company transfer counts for WCATT all-right, unlike LTR. I know somebody who got WCATT in this situation recently no qu...

Immigrant councils response - http://www.immigrantcouncil.ie/press_detail.php?id=93 Good to see their response and delighted that they now also noted about 23 months being a total hoax. Would have been even better if they also zoomed on the issue of non-chronological processing of application, whic...

Garda check requested in September 2008, SW check requested 15 December 2008--neither has come back yet. In the same boat, I dont even bother with smalltalk/rant anymore once they mention those magic words, o.u.t.s.i.d.e.a.... Just curious, how were you able to get the date of SW check request out ...

For what it is, a "privilege and not a right" The citizenship may well be a privilege (debatable), but the right to have your applicaiton processed expeditiously, fairly and, what most of us cry about, chronologically is a RIGHT, which dervices from legal principles of due process, equali...

Wouldn't it be great to complain to someone, say to the Ombudsman and, hopefully see the justice served upon the Minister and his haunted INIS chiefs, it may be too late for our own cases, but at least other people wouldn't feel so bitter.. Section 5(1)(e)(i) of the Ombudsman Act 1980 provides that ...

I notice that lately they seem to have dropped their claim that they are processed in chronological order. The Minister still maintains that they deal with applications "chronologically", see a PQ below. Which proves, as we all know anyway, that he wouldn't even blink lying through his te...

When I asked, she said they do not send reminders (there you go!.), she also said Gardai deal with requests chronologically...
