Hi, im in the same boat and will be applying for my ILR in 2weeks time. I like to think it will not be a problem as they can prove the validity of the document from their records. However what do the experts on this forum think?

Hi aaanjoo

Many thanks for the response, i shall embark on the unenviable task of contacting my ex employer for the letter. I get the sense that even without the letter, i should be pretty alright considering that i have not passed the magic 90 days!

Hello I shall be applying for my ILR in about 5 months time. In total so far, I have spent 202 days out of the UK on holiday and work assignments.
