Visa for Non-EEA Family Travelling with EEA Resident

Hello, In previous post, I requested advise about Student Dependant Child. After so much time the embassy has struggled a lot in my son's case; huge mistakes and after requesting admin review as they suggested they changed the decision to allow me to appeal and forbade me the admin review. Thanks Go...

Thanks... Yes I did, but given the circumstances of many refusals and my own experience of been refused in that embassy for my won application, I am hopeless and I don't know what coherent procedure to do. Here is a draft of the administrative review request ... *************************************...

thanks for your replay!! According to the previous partner, I took advantage of the end of the contract of the flat and I moved to another place alone. She left to her country and came back to UK. She remains in UK working (with a copy that she kept of one authorization from me 5 months ago). Then I...

I'm runing crazy with this woman

Please, I understood everything about the notification to the homeoffice and the embassy. However, I don't know if I can break any link right now. She is blackmailing me to pay the rent and not to leave the house. The landlord doesn't mind if I don't pay since he will retain my deposit. Can I just d...

Thanks a lot for your replays and attention

I tried last Christmas to bring my son but I got denied for his visa application. Of course because I am in charge of to dependants here who do not appreciate how difficult is to come to UK. The father of the child does not care at all this issues, since my partner divorced him and he signed the doc...
