yeah i take it they operate on a band system , i applied under sandwell council, on their website they say maximum should be six weeks, but have met some people there for 6 months
Hi guys ,i applied for homeless application (due to my nass acommodation ended due to grant of leave) and they put me and my son in a hotel.im in west midlands .does anyone know how long it normally takes for them to offer housing? am worried might be there for a long time...thanks
Hey congrats on you rc..can i ask what sort of further docs they ask for? i have a friend who applied as eea2 (wife is austrian) an he called last week and was told case worker is working on his case, he applied in dec 2008 and received coa. they havent asked for more docs though..
I was on legacy and now was granted 5 years refugee status.but since i will be here 10 years under asylum in 3 years time,can i apply for ILR before my 5 years is up?
also is it easy to get ILR after 5 years? im zimbabwean with one child ,have also gained a qualified degree.
