Send HO Email + FAX asap and explain all of this + LOG complaint

and try to establish that it is MISSING or Still under process
if they will say missing THEN ask them please give me OUTCOME bcz ur Mail has been lost....etc

Ring HO and ask HO for address COVENTRY ADDRESS so you can contact them directly or u can pick up personally..... Ring HO speak Nicely and explain them whole situation and TELL them ur doc's are ur life........so imp ur passport +degree etc..... try to get DELIVERY ADDRESS from HO......... if u can

U can apply ur Baby VISA as dependant of Main applicant

U have to send BABY UK BIRTH Certificate + BABY Passport + TIER 1 Dependany application..........+ Covering letter to explain WHY some questions does not apply on baby application + Your Passport

Std from Universities has/had no problem.........

My Std visa used to come bk with in 1-8 working DAYS
(i had last std ext in April-2008)

But Std who have done Short courses/diplomas from Colleges facing real difficulties

If u have genuine case……….then no need to worry
In case of refusal u can FIGHT back and can get HO in Court

Any one knows.....what is HO Time Scale for Tier (G).........so applicant who are waiting for longer period can make some official complaint
