Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what are The qualifying periods for other categories to apply for ILR?
Here is the scenario:
3 years dependent to Tier1 migrant, 2 years are Tier1 Migrant ( in this order) will this work? Can a person in this category apply for ILR..

Do we have to pay class2 NI from the day we start/register as self-emped?
I checked in the HMRC lnk, they have a form to be filled and in the form there is a section called class2 NI contributions... quite puzzled!!
