Yes I agree... They should allow the professional degree like B.tech. My heart goes out , when just a Bcom, Bsc degree holders are getting the visa( sorry If I have hurt anyone for this comment). I guess this will be kinda good restriction for PBS if B.Tech degree are allowed.. What say guys... :D
