5.0 minimum in each band as tradesperson, 6.0 minimum in each band as professional.

Has to be minimum level, not average! means 6.5 / 6.0/ 5.5 / 7.0 is still just 5.0!

5.0 gets 15, 6.0 20 and 7.0 25 points in your application.
