Hi FlightlessKiwi,

Why don't you send a simple complaint to HO now, instead waiting for 6month to complete. Just try your luck... just a mail, nothing will cost you.

In mail do Mention your passport number, full name, date of birth and nationality. If you know your HO ref number.

I haven’t mentioned anything about my employment. I clearly stated that I am unemployed in my EEA2 application.

Anyway I am attaching council tax bill with the covering letter which has my name in it.

Thank you all for speedy reply. Just to clear more. HO letter ask for My passport. They have asked EEA's salary slips or employer letter. EEA exercising treaty rights in UK. Need to apply for Family permit (valid for 6 months and free).
You need to prove that you both legally married.
Then from UK can apply for Residence stamp.

Why tourist visa?
Tourist visa could affect Residence stamp processing.
