well, i am not sure whether non-jr will be accepted like jr, but i guess, this is now certain that law won't apply to jr and it will apply to non-HSMP.. how someone has started the journey to 5 yr/4 yr is also important like getting wp and switching to hsmp etc.. maybe we will hav to wait and see pr...

Does that mean, non HSMP-JR whose 5 yr completes after july 2011, will fall under new law for ILR as well as citizenship..

i am only confused, as there is no mention of which HSMP ?? in the UKBA statement.. what are your thoughts on this ??

the fee for the dependant will be 94,500 that is the fee of Tier 1 General dependant Not the fee of HSMP Dependant becuase after extension our visa status is Tier 1 not the HSMP. I don't think option 1 is possible, You can't extend HSMP before 45 days are left in visa expiry date. If that would have been possible you could always avoid the new rules by applying just before the rules are about to be announced. You must wait for (Expiry Date - 45 days) before applying for ext...
