Certainly, a very bad news for prospective applicants. I was planning to apply for Tier 1 by the end of Feb, but now i have started to think over it again and again. Why? The changes don't come in until April, if you apply by feb you will be judged under the current set of rules.. Then you at least...

I would be interested to hear this as well, because if so I suspect a few of us will be changing before the April changes come into effect.

Letter sent to my local MP (Islington).. these changes are very unfair, and will affect the majority of HSMP holders. Hopefully if enough of us raise the issue through the correct channels we will get heard.
