Tier 1 dependents after 1 year

Hi friends,

I have been in UK for almost 9 months! My dependents (wife and kid) are yet to join me. They have the VISA, which I took all at the same time. They have not come here yet.

Question:
Would I face any problems at the point of entry from Immigration, when they travel to UK after 10 months?

Any photoshop should have an option to convert the picture black and white!

Ask the photoshop guys to play with the software to see, if they can do!

Indian Bank statements - Banks stamp it for a Fee

UK Bank statements - You should have received copies each month. or some banks charge for that (HSBC charged GBP5 for a year statement) This should suffice!

In case you are trying to apply for 2 VISAs , FYI the they are mutually exclusive...

You can have only one type of VISA at a time.

For example:
If you have Tier 2 VISA stamped, then you can apply for Tier 1 VISA, which over-rides Tier 1.

Friends,

How many MPs have responded to you! Probably 1 response in this thread!

We are procrastinating too much before the rules are outlined!

In any case, as confused as everyone and 'Confused' any discussion should be constructive, so we do not scramble at the last moment

When have they answered in the first place? Now that they have changed the address! Apparently WPCustomers is no longer answering email regarding Tier 1−there's a separate address, UKBApublicenquiries. Quote: Please note that all Tier 1 application enquiries by email should be made to: UKBApublice...
