The only condition for maintenance fund is that it should be maintained every day for the last 3 months. If you have been maintaining enough money for your dependent for the last 3 months, it should not be a problem.

I think It depends on case by case basis, If you would have stayed more than 3imonths in UK, ofcourse one should show UK bank account, as there's a possibility to show 3 months statement. If one have been less than 3 months, then there's no possibility that one can show 3 months UK bank statement......

Hi mulderpf Thank you for the immediate response. As you know the bank statement and passbook (for 1 acct) doesn't show daily balance, its shows balance after every debit and credit. So how do I calculate the daily required balance since the balance dates doesn't correspond between different accts....

As per the policy document, its rules that you it should be consecutive 12 months of any past 15 months...If the case worker goes by rules, you would loose points...but, if you haven't got any other options, then you can give it a try...if possible try other options....
