If you have a look on the FLR(M) form it says you need at least 6 documents from 3 different sources which should be spread over 2 years.

Re: Final check ....Nervous already

Cohab - Carrying only for 2 recent years 1. Mortgage document 2. Bank statement for 2 years for me & my husband showing same address I think you need at least 3 different sources for the co-habitation proof and minimum 6 items. The FAQ on this forum refers to FLR(M) regarding co-habitation proof.

In any of your previous HSMP or Tier 1 / 2 approval letter you'll find a number which says "Reference" or "Our Reference". It's that number.

Can you book two PEO appointments for the same application?

Can you do this? Say book a Tier 1 (G) PEO application for the Monday and have the exact same application booked for the following Monday?

Will UKBA recognise that it's the same person so it will cancel the first (or worse both!) PEO applications?

Thanks

From what I understand it (also here:http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=79378) if you're HSMP under JR your dependent is exempt from the 2 years qualifying period.

Do we have more info about the coming changes about Life in the UK test? I'm thinking of booking the test now for October, if the test is changed in September do I have to buy new book?

I don't think so, but just to make sure that she doesn't need to do it.

Tier 1 (G). No where in the docs that I need to show 12 months payslips + bank statements only enough to claim for the points.

The rest should be covered by P60s.

Do I need 12 months of payslips and bank statement?

Hi, I've been receiving different information on this. Do I really need the past 12 months payslips and bank statements? My friend who just did her said we do, do some members of this forum. But reading the doc I don't see this. We just need to proof that we're economically active right? 5 years of ...

If you had paid dividend to yourself then it means you must have paid tax on it at the end of financial year. You can get your tax history from HMRC and use that instead of P60. That's what I intend to use, I've lost P60 and my current company don't give out P60, just on-line viewing. HMRC tax histo...

PEO application is not equal to "same day result". It just means you apply in person rather than by post. UKBA will try to give you a decision on that day but this is not guaranteed.

Well the link that sushdmehta provided shows what to do. According to the item that he quoted, you're self employed too.

I was just saying that back then I didn't consider myself as self-employed, just employed. Things may have changed now.

Hmm not sure how it is now, back when I was contracting I'm on the same boat with you. I declare myself as employed rather than self-employed. If I understand correct, self-employment is rather different than owning your limited company. You are employed, the fact that you own the company that you'r...

Just look at it this way: If your application is genuine then you've got absolutely nothing to worry about. This is in HK. According to their website in September 100% applications were completed in 1 week. Every day we don't hear anything it worries me a bit more.

I wonder at what stage we should inquire?
