Hi, Im claiming points for my earnings from May2008-April2009 . (12 months) My payroll company has paid my Jan2009 and Feb2009 salary together in Feb2009, so I don't have a payslip for Jan2009. guidance still not very precise. Surprised :-) ?

Though we recvd umpteen emails about HSMP holders not being affected and that HSMP need to apply for extension under Tier1 upon expiry and not switch/initial application for Tier1. Not surprisingly, I still think its not been made clear in the guidance also, yet again ! If you look at the guidance a...

We regret that, due to unusually high demand for this service during recent weeks, we are currently unable to provide individual, personalised responses to new enquiries. ---------------...

mail from UKBA reg HSMP->TIER1 extension

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your enquiry. As a current HSMP visa holder you can apply under the Tier General category using the extension form before your visa expires. The proposed changes would not apply in your case as you are making an extension application and not an initial one. Yours faithf...

This is all "Game Theory" . The best possible practical application by anyone on this world. Shame on HO if this turns out to apply to HSMP holders. Its turning out to be complete opposite here. I am pessimistic like nionlight whereas he is optimistic. or may be i am tired. Never minds gu...

"Migrants applying for their first period of leave under Tier 1 (General) will receive no points for Bachelors degrees or for previous earnings of less than £20,000. This change will not affect migrants who already have leave under Tier 1 and are seeking an extension of that leave ." I a...
