ive booked (and paid) for my appointment on the 25th April, however Im aware that the cost of an appointment will increase after the 6th.

does anyone know whether ill be asked to make up the balance, or even what the new fees are?

Im tier 1 (general) to ILR by the way.

I still havent heard anything back from them in relation to acknowleging receipt of the package?!

How do the HO calculate the 3 month date range for the maintenance funds requirement?

I am submitting an application in australia with the dates 17th December 2008 - 18th March 2009, will this suffice?

This interests me also. What happened last time. Did they provide a date that the old rules became obsolete.

I would be assuming that it is the 1st of April as thats when the new law starts coming into effect.
