SBI letterhead has their logo (but not the quality paper) and bank manager sign and seal. Seal was having address of the bank. I collected from Ulsoor, Bangalore branch.

Hi,

You can specify arrival up to three months after the date you submit your application, so if you were to apply on March 1, the last date you can specify for your arrival is June 1.
