Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED - PSW refused because of maintenanc

Thanx Jack199. If I am taking up the administrative review, can I include a letter now from my bank stating that I had 2800 pounds in my account everyday from January 1st till 21st April? Will this be regarded as new evidence or supporting evidence? If you are using the same bank account and at the...

Re: IGS to PSW - oral hearing?

BUT i would suggest you to have a letter from the bank stating the balance for the last three months (get the opening balance and closing balance) and that the for the WHOLE of the last three months the balance did not drop below...

Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED -PSW refused because of maintenance

You need to have FULL THREE MONTHS statement! if you can not supply or your balance dropped even by a penny, you would be in trouble. Yes you do need a new letter/statements from your bank covering the transactions for the whole 3 months. I would advise you to get both the bank letter and FULL STATE...

Re: PSW Refued on maintainence funds...plzz guide

i would advise you to complete your masters and then apply for PSW, in that way atleast you would have a masters degree from UK and also fulfill the requirements of HO.

Hope that helps

Re: PSW Refued on maintainence funds...plzz guide

You can apply again but you need to make sure that the statement you send MUST NOT be older than 30 days from the date you send the application. You still have visa till october thats why they did not gave you any right to appeal. Make sure this time you fill the form you will have to state that you...

Re: Passport soon to be expired.want to apply psw dependent

That can not be true, if they haven't write the OLD PASSPORT NUMBER and any refrence number on the new passport for your friend. This is not a general practice!!! Yes you can send the photocopies, but keep your old passport with you (JUST IN CASE). I came across with pakistani HC number of times and...

Re: PSW refused due to no points on maintainance fund

Vinny has already explained via this link. It would be difficult to win an appeal, if you can not show that you had the required amount for the time in question. BUT having said that, Please make sure that you do appeal as this is your last resort, It will all depend on the Judge. Get some legal hel...

can you just confirm below points 1. Are you in the UK or Outside UK when you applied for PSW? 2. Did they give you a right to appeal? 3. Is your current leave has already expired or do you still have leave to remain under current leave? If you confirms these it would be easier for people here to ad...

Re: IF UNI SEND E-MAIL TO COLLEGE FOR TO CONFIRM DATE OF AWA

You need to get a letter from the university, and on a university's letter head and clearly stated the relevant information. E-mail would not be accepted and case worker straight away would reject the application.

So you do need a letter from university NOT AN E-MAIL.

hope that helps
