Small clarification

Minor PIO can stay in India for more then 6 months without registering themselves at FRRO, the registration only applies for Full age

The another thing is, Minors can only apply for OCI if either of parents have OCI, else they are not

Visa will take about 3-5 working days and PIO will take about 1 month

When I submitted my form in the HCI counter, they told me check online status after 6 weeks

Even HCI site also mentions it takes 6 weeks

Experts- Please provide information on the above, as the information I have given is based on what I read from the HCI Site, may be any one who did it can share their experience
