I will agree with you there Push. I also dont see any mention of accomodation in the document checklist.

I am just going to buy an agreement letter from W H Smith and let my landlord know that I am applying for my wife's dependant visa.

push_hsmp,

I have already been through documents and I understand that there is no specific mention about the accomodation but everyone applying from India provide some proof of accomodation.

Thanks Ramesh and Chetan.

So Do I need to provide a letter from the landlord or from the estate agent?

As you can imagine, the landlord letter will be on simple A4 letter, will it be considered valid, wont they raise questions about the authenticity of letteR?

Sten, great pair of eyes needed to spot that error. Edo, cases where none of the document seem to be genuine are not processed on same day, in premium case you have the advantage that case worker are very helpful. Yesterday my mate got his visa done from croydon office and he dint have his bank stat...

shouldnt be an issue, i had a 10 p difference in bank statement and payslips/employee letter.

For sound sleep you can always take a supporting letter from employer to confirm the right earnings

I think it is quite essential to have some sort of reference in the statement that the casework can relate to payslip, i strongly advise to get either a p60 ( possible since its been end of year ) or a letter from employer ( which you suggested is difficult ). There is one more possibilty and that i...

I have a question, my given name on indian passport is Ashish Ramesh and my surname is Joshi. Ramesh being my dads name.
