She has been on dependant visa before ILR , for the english language requirement would a printout of the points calculator suffice ? When I put her degree I get 35 points and when I select the option &q...

Make NCS aware of the dates. They normally use Royal Mail Nextday delivery so they know when the application is received. Remember that only full days (24 hours) outside the UK are considered as absence. Thanks a lot Jambo, I left on 16th July and came back 4 days later, so my NCS appo is on 12th a...

I don't understand why you think this is strange. For naturalisation, the qualifying period is 5 years (unless married to BC) and the law requires you to be present in the UK at the beginning of this period. Your previous immigration history is not relevant. The reason I think it was strange is bec...

Hi , I was on HSMP + Tier 1, got my ILR last march and eligible to apply for naturalization. I had few questions, would appreciate if someone could help. 1. My passport is about to expire, does it matter to the HO? I am going to use NCS for my application. 2. As a director of limited company, I take...

I am ok with the 23rd may appointment, I just wanted to find out if 23rd is ok because in terms of days If I add 28 days to 23rd may ( including 23rd may ) I get 19th of June which is my visa date expiry, so I just wanted to make sure that 23rd of may is ok for the claus...

Thanks for your reply.

Yes it was a change of visa from SEGS to HSMP.

My visa expires on 19th June and subtracting 28 days gives me 22nd May.

So can I apply on 22nd May or does It have to be after 22nd may?

thanks.
