Dear Experts,
What is the procedure for transferring my Tier 1 visa from my old passport which is now expired to my new one that the embassy sent. Is it a matter of filling in a form TOC and sending the documents?

Dear All,
I am on a Tier 1 (General) visa, was wondering if I could start a private limited company and be the sole director? This means I could do jobs for clients.
