hy thanx for reply as far as i know ppl used to get marrauge date whaever if they were overstayed or without visa in ireland ,, so when did this law changed that they dont get marry date if u are out of your visa ? ? because one of my friend is overstyayed and is wothout visa and wanted to get marry...

Hy friends i cam in ireland in 2004 on student visa but later i was illegal with no visa extension but now i am married to EU CITIZEN in ireland my wife is living here with me ....and plz can u suggest me that if i apply for EU1 residency application .....am i entitled to remain and i get visa ..or ...
