I think extension here only means Tier 1 (general) or HSMP to Tier 1 (general). Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) belongs to switching route.

hi pure_soul, I have similar situation as desnetk except I'm holding a Bachelor's degree. Is it possible for people holding PSW visa with Bachelor degrees to apply for Tier 1 general after 01/04/09? Hi Dr Jabber Wocky,

Does this mean a PSW holder with Bachelor degree won't be able to apply for Tier 1 (General) anymore after 1st April 2009?

Guys, not trying to interrupt this post but can someone clarify this with me. I’m on IGS and going to extend for PSW in June. I got the IGS for PG Diploma. Does this mean that I won’t get the extension when I apply in June. Can’t apply before 31st march as I don’t have 3 months funds until ...
