This links suggests that she needs documentation issued in her name by the govt of India or surrender certificate of Indian passport in order to apply for a long term visa, but we do not have any of this. Hi CD,

I am divorced so should I mention it as I don't have any contact with my son's father and don't know his whereabouts too so can't provide his passport copies.

Do I need to produce copy of divorce document and my child's residence order.

Hi wanderer,

I have my own Tier1 visa since 5 years and my child is on a dependant visa on me. I am eligible to apply for ILR in a weeks time. Didn't really understand your comment. Please explain.
