i have received my brown envelope today my application is successful. Thanks to Allah Pak

Date of application: end of may 2014
Date approval received: start of march 2015

now waiting for ceremony invitation letter from Home Office.

Wish everyone receive thier approval letter soon.

i have passed ''functional Skills English Level 1'' from Pearson /Edexcel (reading, writing,listening and speaking)
Pearson staff told me this level 1 is equal to Half GCSE ate grade D/E. i am Applying British citizenship. will UKBA accept this level of English?

Are you sure you have been granted ILR in 2012? Sounds you have been granted RoR (following EEA2 application). I am living in Uk since 6 May 2008 as student then I got married in July 2008 with EEA national and got RC for 5 years on April 2009. Now I have Been granted ILR on Nov 2012 after my divorce. My question is can I apply for nationality ?

Thanks Obie after your advice i have spoken to my solicitor and he said to me if the baby born he/she will be consider as illegal coz her mother is illegal and it doesn't make any difference that you have Permanent resident. he said you are not married with that lady that's why baby will be illegal....
