Is it possible to add a dependant spouse in one's application after the application has been lodged but no CO has been assigned yet?

You need to scan the original documents, _in colour_ and attach them.

Could anybody please tell me, for how long my passport must be valid before I can lodge the application for Australian skilled immigration?

For example can I lodge my application now if my passport will expire in February 2010 (approx 11 months from today)?
