Do I need Insurance for applying HSMP

Hi Guys

I am applying for HSMP Tier 1- General next week, I am self employed and also employed. I am wondering do I have to get insurance for self employment???

Guys you should leave the money in your account, just in case if they refuse then probably you can cover on what they refused but you wont be able to show updated account. hope this make sense to you guys.

I personally would wait till I get positive reply.

Time spent in the Tier1(PSW)doesnot count for 10 years

Time spent in the Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) category does not count towards the period an individual needs to spend in the United Kingdom before being eligible to apply for indefinite leave to remain.
Leave in the Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) category does not lead to settlement.
