u dont need to pay 200 pounds just wait HO will send to you a letter for sending passport requst then after you will get the visa there is no any fee

i agree with the other guys that you should apply from the home country but there is one problem after two years when u will apply for indefinate after 10 years because there must be no gap in your last 10 years .i advice you to maintain account in your home country 0f 2800 pound and in the mean whi...

it does nt matter uni oer college u have to wait according to time frame

i did appeal and my time frame is as following.
wait for hearing 4 weeks
wait for call in letter 8 weeks
wait for visa stamping 3 weeks
i think it helps

HO will send the call in letter at your solicitor address adn it takes 8 to 10 weeks to get dat letter from HO.so just wait and keep in touch wid your solicitor

they will send the call in letter to your solicitor only so keep in touch wid your solicitor
