A friend (Bite college) got visa yesterday Applied 3rd week of Oct. 08 Visa till 13th May 11. Perhaps getting their file under the data protection act is a good idea. It will not help them if UKBA did not contact the college when they granted leave to remain under IGS however. London College of Management and IT is still a listed body as far as I am aware, so it seems the college is genuine...

but guys why other college they getting visa like lcmit they getting visa within 4weeks so what happend with us whats wrong with our college our college is good a rating in tier4 but still we need to wait ........i think our college should support us they should speak with home office behalf of us ...

According to bya1983 as OBC didnt verify 19 stdnts and as a result HO has stopped everyone's applications.HO is keep thinking that OBC is trying to hide something.HO is keep investigating, don't know when their investigation will be finished.stdnts who r genuine get into trouble as well,waiting wait...
