In my wife's case it was just a panelty fair that we paid on time. Also the panelty fair letter does not mention my wife's name correctly. I made the payment using my debit card. Can it create problem for me? Also, even after doing that she has just got dependent visa of work permit holder in India ...

dont tell that, your transfer certificate or shortly called as TC should have the start and end dates.

1 ) Do I need to attach my TC as well ?
2 ) What should be grade ?

Hi, my wife once has been caught for travel without valid ticket on overground and she has paid the panelty fair after a month(Before the due date of the panelty fair to be paid).
