Bank statement for spouse

Hi,

I am applying for tier1+ 1 dependent in-country.
I have sufficient fund in my bank account to claim points for me and my wife (1600 GBP) for last three months. Do I need to take two copy of bank statement and put them in each of our application or just one bank statement should be fine ?

I have my university listed in the point calculator at UKBA website and qualifies for 10 points for the degree awarded taught in English. Do I still need to show evidence of degree taught in English to fulfil criteria ?
