Thanks for the reply.

There is no such clause in the agreement which says that I need to take permission from the land loard for the new tenant to move in. So I suppose that I am good to go.

I think it should be accepted. even for me, my salary for example for July month get credited in Bank account on June 28 while I will get my payslip on 10 August. All three are in different months but I explained in my cover letter and it has been accpted and I got Visa.

I would recn yopu to go for Recorded signed for delivery for evidance which you can show in case your application is rejected and you have to go for review... But Recorded signed for delivery takes longer than special delivery...I am in the impression that it takes 3-4 days...correct me if I am wro...

Can spouse allowance be included in previous earnings ? I am receiving 100 GBP as spouse allowance from my company. can I include that in my earnings. This 100 GBP is reflected in my payslip in my NET PAY.
