This amount is not reflected as Net pay in my salary slip rather as Advance pay (and advance is not added in Net pay in my salary slip). This amount is added in Gross pay instead . Can this amount be considered for gross pay ? Do case worker verify gross pay as well ? I think they need proof(Bank st...

Caseworker will look at the Net salary and compare it with the net amount deposited in the bank. If you received advance salary this should add upto you net salary (in payslip as well as bank statement). So this should be fine. Our company does not add advance salary in Net pay rather they add it in...

Hi , Our company has paid us £ 3300 at the starting of the project as cash amount which can not be verified in the bank statement. So I can give letter from employer that this amount has been paid in cash but there is no bank statement to prove that. How shall I present it so that HO accepts this a...

I have not taken colour printout. Its the same as supplied by company to me. So I feel that it should be acceptable.

One more thing that case worker looks for Net pay and gross pay only or do they look for advance pay written in Payslip as well ?

What if payslip is supplied by company on a formal paper (in light blue color) but not on a company letter head which has been processed by a third party on behalf of the company ? Are they acceptable without stamp and signature ?

It would have been ideal if you submitted a letter from your emplyer detailing earnings for every month and amount credited. Its been too long since you applied so I doubt if it will help if you arranged to sent the letter to HO/BHC. Dont lose your sleep over the issue and just hope (pray) that it ...

Dont expect the caseworker to carry out calculations to ascertain the adjustments. If a particular salary slip shows a certain net amount, the same should be credited in the bank (which is what the purpose behind seeking two pieces of mutually corroborating evidences is). I doubt that the apparent ...

The net salary in some of the months is different from that deposited to your account. The bank statements therefore do not corroborate the salary slips. Although you have provided some explanation it still does not explain why the amount credited in the bank is less than the net salary on the pay ...

In any case he is showing funds for more than three months. So whatever date UKBA consider, whether 8 or 7, his minimum balance is maintained from 1 Jan to 1 Apr and that should be sufficient evidence. Correct me if I am wrong.
