Hi

The payment has been taken on 20 April but I am still waiting for Ack and biometric letter.

Is it normal to letter arrived late or Do I need to contact Home office? If yes what number or email should I used to contact them.?

I met the B1 requirement, on October 2014, in order to obtain settlement ILR.

Please find attached certificate for your review.

The english test is expiring in April 2016.

Can I used this B1 test for Naturalization application?

Guys I choose to use the service provided by deposit protection scheme for deposit dispute and it is now in under process.

I am going for ILR soon. Do I need to mention this in form?

Applied within country. date of approval was 10/12/2009.
holidays are < 90 in each year.

So Can i apply on 13/11/2014. it is exact 28 day.?

Deposit despute may fall under civil case?
