In regards to the UK entry from US, I wondered if it would be a problem only because the visa was issued in JA and not the states. In addition I use my US passport to travel, so my JA passport would not reflect my entry into the US. But I suppose if any questions are asked I have my US passport on ...

My husband now stays with his cousin and does not contribute to the household. However, she is going to move in with her boyfriend and rent the house to him. Its a three (3) bedroom apartment, we have two children aged five (5) and three (3). Besides the lease agreement what other documents for this...

Wow, thanks. I won't be in the UK until the end of June (Gods willing), I would have to move like the wind to do my Life in the UK test and apply for ILR before July. So I guess I fall under the changes. Will I still be able to ask for the KOL endorsement based on being married and living out of the...

djb123 Did a little research on UKBA and see that the changes to the ILR form are for the SET(O). As I will be entering the UK on a spouse visa, I will fill in the SET(M) when I am applying for my ILR. So I don't think I will be affected by the changes or any one else who has entered on a spouse vis...

I guess you're quite right, it will only take a little time to be filled in. Plus my husband has to send everything else to me by courier, one more sheet won't make a difference.

Great, thanks Batleykhan. Trying so hard to breathe as I go through these last couple of months. Used to wonder why people always spoke of failing health during this wait, can you believe I now have high blood pressure. I would never believe the stress of this wait would be affect me so greatly. Sponsorship Undertaking Form

I am applying for a Settlement Visa VAF4A; I have a few questions in regards to a sponsorship undertaking form. 1. Is it necessary for my husband to fill this form in? 2. If so, does it need to be certified? I know that he has to do a sponsor letter in addition to the other documents to be submitted...

Hi Batleykhan,

I noticed that you mentioned three (3) months of payslips or eight (8)weeks to be submitted with the application.

Is the eight (8) weeks correct? My husband is paid weekly so I had assumed I was to submit twelve (12) weekly payslips.

Can you let me know? Thanks.

Re: Immigration Query - Regarding my Sister

1) 6 months - can't be extended in country and you are only allowed to be in the UK 6 months in every 12. Didn't think the 6 months mean't in every 12, thought it mean't at one time. If someone stayed for a 6 month visit they would not be allowed to return until 6 months had passed? What if they wa...

Kingston waiting time

I had to wait 4 months two years ago, but my friend visa took him two weeks to get through and he was a overstayer for 6 years. Hi Badboyz, I'm applying to KGN BHC soon and wonder if you know of any recent applications, and what current waiting time is. I've seen the monthly updated page that shows...
