Yes. Your plan is fine. Good Luck. Thanks wpilr_Nov12 Will the UKBA question me as to why i have not included my child details in the ILR application. I guess they must be having a record of my family in their system. is there a cover letter to be attached whilst submitting the application in perso...

Thanks wpilr_nov12 and cs95tdg for clarifying my questions. I am feeling much better now.

You are right that this date mismatch in letter and BRP can be confusing. I guess that may become tricky if new rules or fee changes becomes applicable due to these few days mismatch.

techie_09 Yes it is signed by the CW. It advises about rights for ILR holders (no restriction on work/self employment, if visiting overseas, no prob if returning within 2 yrs - returning resident). Second letter says, Biometric will be with me within 7-10 working days and what to do with it (travel...

Perhaps, it slipped in while talking to CW and went unnoticed.

Poor guy did give me a confirmation for ILR.

Cheers All!
Is this ILR approval letter is signed by case worker? Or is it just in question answer format?

Regards

I believe dividend payment date matters. If you had no or very little earnings during the claim period but you had dividend payments, UKBA may question it. I am not entirely sure. Other members can share their experience or comments. I can't find any reference to which date would be used in the off...

Yes, this can create problem for your ILR. Child benefits are "public funds" and if you are on Tier 1 or Tier 2 visa you were not suppose to claim it. To avoid any issues you may want to voluntarily return money to govt and stopped claiming it until you are eligible. Thanks. I will return...

Since you are on Tier-1 general case worker won't worry about the three months you were sick. I agree, to keep things simple just use 12 months period without sickness. If you are worried take some proof (e.g. medical reports) to prove you were sick for three months but I strongly feel that won't be...

The document list looks good to me. I am carrying lesser documents than you.

Didn't you get corporation tax reminder letter from HMRC? If yes it is worth including that in your list. I would also recommend carrying copy of company tax returns submitted to HMRC signed by director.

I think you should be fine. You can carry Corporation demand/payment letter from HMRC. Going by the posts I read earlier as long as the VAT or PAYE payments are reflected in business bank account statements, you should be fine. BTW I am also applying on same day at Croydon PEO in self employed categ...
