You also need accountant letter conforming salary paid, your share in company, you as director (if applicable). The letter should clearly say on which date payments were made along with gross and net salary and dividends. Just search the forum and you will get lot of posts having details about requi...

Just imagine the scenario someone is running out of leave to remain and forced to send Postal application in the absence of available appointment. In my case my visa will be expiring soon and I am out of job at this moment. If I don't get visa early I may not be able to find job until I get visa (wh...

Just a thought. If UKBA retains old BRP, what original proof applicant has that he had the BRP?

I am asking this question because if someone relocates to some other country or applying for visa and is asked to provide previous immigration history.

If you are self employed and operating through your own limited company there is no need to have Class-2 NI contributions.

(3)- Proof of cohabitation; I do not have any bills/statements under joint name(s). Does it matter? We both have bank accounts with same address but under individual names.
IMHO this shouldn't be a problem provided you have enough cohabitation proofs in individual names.

You can call UKBA on helpline and check with them whether they have your application. They may require your details e.g. name, DOB, passport number etc.

What is your visa type?

I believe this requirement is NOT applicable for Tier-1 general visa. If you have Tier-2 visa then unemployment may be an issue.

Is there any particular reason why you want to show both to UKBA? I believe corporation tax letter is not mandatory and you can just highlight it in your bank statement. UKBA only want to know whether your company is paying taxes to HMRC (which indirectly gives idea about health of your company). Yo...

For Corporation tax I am not sure but your VAT may be due to rounding logic. Your accountant should be able to tell you about the reasonable explanation.

Alternatively, you can get corporation tax corrected in Director's report.

This is just a civil dispute and not a criminal offence. You shouldn't worry about your ILR just because of this. btw, do you have inventory report when you checked in first time while renting that property? If there is no mention of these stained items you can dispute their presence itself. Also so...

@salman7777

If you are applying under Tier 1 General category you need to provide 12 months salary slips (unless fewer months can cover your earning requirements) along with other proofs.

3 months salary slips/bank statements are required for Tier 2 applicants.

In my opinion you don't need to specify as compassionate reason.
I would simply say "family visit" as the reason for absence related to your child birth.

This is because personal bank statement only shows the cheque deposit date and hence date of credit.

This practice is followed by at least HSBC and Lloyds TSB banks.

Details are: 1. declared dividend of X amount on 21 Feb 2012 and issued cheque from business bank account on same day 2. dividend voucher is dated 21 Feb 20...
