Hi,

Quick question was just wondering if maintenance rule (min. 800 for 90 days) are mandatory for Entrepreneur Visa? or will it only give you 10 extra points.

Hi,

I thought Tier 1 general application from inside UK will close from 5th of April 2011, is that true? if yes than why the category still exists on UKBA website.

You can but I would suggest not to until you get your passport stamped, if anything goes wrong with your application you can reapply.

Hi,

Please advise me if I submit visa application for Tier 1 General 2 weeks before I turn 30, will I be considered as 29 or 30, as I will loose 10 points if they count my age as 30. Tricky question isint it???

Hey first of all congrats for visa...5 days thats amazing, did you apply through post or premium service?

With regards to proof of income, I also work as a contractor and have my own limited company, do you have to submit invoices or bank statment is enough?

Guys and Galssssss got my passport back..yahooo........... Initailly they lost it but kept on contacting with AIT and writing recorded letters to: Appeal Implementation Unit Waterside House 471 Kirkstall Road Leeds. West Yorkshire. LS4 2QB with some threats ofcourse....and job done..... Good luck

Thanks for your reply heman. Well they sent my passport to an address which is totally unknown to me. I have never lived there never worked there I am not sure how did they manage to send. Currently situation is Royal Mail says they have sent it back to sender which is homeoffice ofcourse and homeof...

Hello, Homeoffice may have lost my passport, as far as i know they delivered to wrong address and it has been returned back to them as far as royal mail has to say. can you suggest me what can i do in this situation? I have written 4 times already to the address from which I had received the letter....

Thats a looooooooooooong time, i bet it could royal mail who may have lost your mail as they are NOT signed for service.
