It is very sad it the visa is only issued for 6 months as it is possible to get 10 year multiple entry visa .

Is there a way to get visa for more then 6 months ? Is visit visa is only option ?

I am not from Dublin so I took oath in March and I have not got certificate of naturalisation yet. As far as I know it takes 6-8 weeks to get certificate of naturalisation.

it normally takes 4 weeks as far as i know. Department web site says that you should get it in 4 weeks.

A friend on mine got it in 5 weeks.
